Warranty & Service policies

1. Mobvoi provides 1 year long warranty and 15 days return service from the date of delivery.
2. Warranty and return claim won't be accepted with human-made issues.
3. For items with human-made issues or used over 1 year, Mobvoi provides Repair service that is to provide a discount code into buying a new item of the same SKU as original one.

Note:
The waterproof and dustproof grades of the TicWatch are in accordance with 5 ATM. It can be used for water activities in shallow waters such as swimming pools. Not suitable for scuba diving, water skiing, various wading activities and deep water activities with high-speed water.

The following conditions should be avoided:
-Drop, violent shock or strike and violent use.
-Contact with soap or soapy water when washing hands, washing dishes, doing hand laundry, showering or bathing.
